Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Surveillance, the incumbent supervises and coordinates all activities related to surveillance of gaming tables, video machines, cage, slot booth operations, and audio / visual taping of count room operations. High school diploma or GED required. Must have successfully completed Casino Surveillance training. Minimum of three (3) years in Casino Surveillance and maintain excellent knowledge of games, count room, cage, internal controls and security interfacing. A minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience in Surveillance is required. Must be certified in card counting.  Must have State of Connecticut, Department of Special Revenue license.
