Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing the maple syrup production, hydroponic produce, soil-grown produce, and sales development. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who can ensure the success and sustainability of our agricultural endeavors while effectively communicating with department staff and senior management. Must be highly organized, an effective communicator with excellent motivational skills. An understanding of farm financial management experience is important. Must have a minimum of three years of experience operating and managing a diversified farming operation. Must maintain a valid driver’s license; must provide a yearly DMV Certified Driving History. Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy and handle confidential and sensitive matters is essential.
