Under the direction of the Vice President of Resort Sales and Hotel Operations, the incumbent oversees the housekeeping department at The Fox Tower Hotel ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment. Manages budgets, maintains inventory and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Bachelor degree in business, management or hospitality and/or seven (7) or more years of progressive managerial experience in a large Housekeeping operation, high occupancy 4-Diamond or higher rated property. Must have strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in budgeting and inventory control. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Must be familiar with housekeeping equipment, cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
